I do not live in Argentina. Is there any other way to pay other than PayPal?
No, international payments are only received via PayPal, where you can pay with any credit card.

I live in Argentina. Can I use my PayPal account in order to buy products?
No. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow buying and selling between two users from Argentina. You'll have to choose among other payment methods. You can pay with Cash On Delivery (payment in cash made at the time of delivery of the product). Also, we work with DineroMail, which allows you to pay with credit card. Furthermore, you can generate a voucher that you can use in RapiPago or Pagofácil. You can also pay via bank deposit.

What about products out of stock?
You can buy them anyway, and they will get ordered from the distributor immediately. However, there might be an upgrade in price and we depend on the distributor availability. As long as products are in stock at distributors, IMPORTED CDs will arrive within 15 days, and NATIONAL CDs will arrive within 7 days.

What happens if my purchase order has products in stock and others out of stock?
CDs out of stock will get ordered to the distributor. Upon arrival, your purchase order will be shipped entirely. In case we do not receive the missing CDs within the standard period of time (7 days for national CDs, 15 days for imported CDs), CDs in stock will be shipped, and the rest will be shipped separately.

How long does the delivery takes within Argentina?
Once the payment is done, as long as all products are in stock, the order will be shipped within 2 business days. Regarding Cash On Delivery, 2 business days after the order is placed. After it’s shipped, will take 3-7 days to arrive to destination.

How long does the international delivery takes ?
Once the payment is done, as long as all products are in stock, the order will be shipped within 2 business days. It will take 15-30 days to arrive to destination, depends on Customs and Mail system on the destination country.

Where do they sent my order? Should I look for them in any determinate/special place?
Order will be delivered to address stated in the purchase order.

Tracking indicates was delivered to my address, but I did not get it. What should I do?
Check with your local post office.

  • If you live in Argentina, as long as the order has been already paid and shipped, go to option CU and enter the 9 numerical digits on the following link: http://www.correoargentino.com.ar/formularios/ondnp
  • If you live in Argentina and you choose Cash On Delivery, go to the CO option and enter the 9 numerical digits on the following link: http://www.correoargentino.com.ar/formularios/ondnp
  • If you live abroad, go to the RR option and enter the 9 numerical digits on the following link: http://www.correoargentino.com.ar/formularios/ondi. Once that indicates “SALIDA DEL PAIS”, you would be able to track your order from your country official mail service with the same tracking number, entering the 13 digits (no spaces in between, RRxxxxxxxxxAR). In order to do this, you should wait until your order gets through airport procedures, customs formalities and so on, which will take at least 7 business days. You can also use 17track.net website.
